We read your tech pack, build the pattern, grade the size set and prepare proto, fit and pre-production samples for approval.
Fabric and trim sourcing
Knit and woven fabrics, lab dips, trims and accessories sourced against your quality and price targets.
Sampling and fit approval
Proto, fit, salesman and PPS samples measured against your spec sheet before bulk is released.
Bulk production
Dedicated cutting and sewing lines for knit and woven, with in-line checks at every stage.
Printing, embroidery and washing
Screen print, DTG, embroidery, garment dye and wash finishes applied in-house or with vetted partners.
Quality control and packing
